What to Expect
Reporting Maintenance
All maintenance requests are handled promptly. Simply contact your property manager directly or use our online reporting form. We aim to respond within 24 hours and resolve non-emergency issues within 5 working days.
Your Deposit
Your deposit is registered with a government-approved Tenancy Deposit Scheme (TDS) within 30 days of your tenancy start. You'll receive full details of the scheme and how to reclaim your deposit at the end of your tenancy.
Renewing Your Tenancy
We'll contact you well in advance of your tenancy end date to discuss renewal options. We value good tenants and aim to make renewals straightforward and fair.
Moving Out
We'll conduct a check-out inspection and compare it against your check-in report. Provided the property is returned in good condition, your deposit will be returned promptly.
